Delivery

  • We are so happy you have purchased a RETACH product! All orders are packed and sent on the same or the following week day if nothing else have been specified in the store. We are just as eager as you to get your product to you so we work as fast as we can!

  • Normal delivery times within Sweden is 2-4 work days. Delivery times for international orders depend on the country.

  • Please make sure you check your details closely. Even if we would have wanted to it’s hard for us to guess what you ment if something is wrong. Therefore we take no responsibility for failed deliveries due to faulty or incomplete details specified by you when making the order.

Returns

  • We hope and believe that you will be super-happy with your new RETACH bag strap. If you by any chance aren’t or you just ordered the wrong one, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery

  • If you wish to return a product you must notify us by email to kristine@re-tach.com The message should contain your name, address, email address, order number, what you wish to return and why.

  • We don’t refund shipping costs on changes and returns.

  • You are responsible for the condition of the products when returning them so make sure to pack them well (preferably in the original packaging).

Confirmations

  • When you’ve placed an order you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you specified in the checkout. In this confirmation you will receive all information on the products and price.

Complaints

  • It is very important that you receive your RETACH bag strap in perfect condition. We therefore check every product thoroughly before they are sent out. If any product is damaged when arriving to the receiver we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • You must always contact us by email (kristine@re-tach.com) and send us photo(s) and get our approval before returning a damaged product

Limitations of our responsiblity

  • We don’t accept any responsibility for delays or faulties that are caused due to circumstanses we cannot control (Force Majeure). These circumstanses could for example be strike, fire, war, new government rules.

Product presentation

  • We can’t guarantee that the images on our website show the exact look of all products. Different screens show colors differently for example. We always do our best to expose the products as correct as possible.
