Which countries do RETACH ship to?
We ship to all countries within the EU & Norway.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
EU: Free shipping and handling on all orders above 150€. 10€ fixed shipping and handling on orders below 150€.
Norway: Free shipping and handling on all orders above 1500 kr. 100 NOK fixed shipping and handling on orders below 1500 kr.
How do I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number(s) as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.
What is the estimated shipping time?
The estimated delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days, however this timeline may vary with the final destination. Please allow for 1 additional business day of processing and handling your order.
Where do you ship the order from?
European orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
Do I have to pay customs when I order from re-tach.com?
All orders from re-tach.com are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not receive any additional customs or tax*.
* Please note that for orders to Switzerland and Norway, added taxes will occur and you will be charged for this separately, but you will not be charged for the EU tax when checking out.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
No, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

How will I know that you received my order and when will the payment be deducted?
After your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation number on the screen and also by email. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships.
Can I add items to an existing order?
No, items cannot be added to an existing order once payment has been made.
How can I cancel my order?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How long do I have to return my purchase?
Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Items must have all original tags attached, be un-used and in the original new condition.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds may take between 7-14 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility, and may vary depending upon the credit card company that you used for the original purchase.
How do I return my product(s)?
You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 30 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the garment/product has not been used and is not damaged, with tags still attached.
Refunds will be paid to your credit card and normally take 7 to 14 days before your account is credited.

Can I exchange my product(s)?
For product exchange, please follow the return instructions. After we have received your product at our warehouse facility, we will refund the original order, and you can place a new one.
Do you offer any repair service?
All of our products have a 1 year warranty. If you experience any damage to your product, you can mail us at email@example.com.
